Rates
- $150 per Initial Individual Intake Session
- $135 per 50-minute Individual Session
- $165 per Couples Counseling Session
- $175 per Family Therapy Session
- $200 / hour for School Consultation
- $200 / hour for behavior intervention planning
- $200 / hour for Parent Coordination
Insurance
I currently accept the following insurance:
- United Healthcare
- Aetna
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- What specific services are covered?
- Do I have a copay? If so, what is it?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Please note: insurance typically does not cover couples counseling or family therapy.
Payment
I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
I understand- life happens! If you are unable to attend a session, I ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
No Surprises Act
